My career spans 15 years involved with feature film, commercials and interactive entertainment. After working at various studios in Toronto, Canada I was recruited by Weta Digital to help with the Lord of the Rings projects from pre-production through production.

My involvement with Weta led to the evolution of Liquid, a Maya to Renderman translator now used by various studios in the industry since being released to the open source community 10 years ago.

The last decade has taken me from London to Australia, Vancouver, Norway and New Zealand working on such projects as The Goblet of Fire, Superman Returns, Brothers Grimm and most recently The Lovely Bones and Avatar.

Although Canada is my base, traveling is in my blood and I take the chance whenever an opportunity presents itself – whether for work or pleasure.
